“You shall be called Hephzibah… and your land Beulah.” – Isaiah 62:3-4
Hosanna Ministries – Hephzibah Beulah is a faith-based, non-denominational missionary organization serving children, widows, orphans, and individuals battling addiction in Costa Rica. We are committed to bringing hope, healing, and transformation through the love of Christ.
Our mission is to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus as written in Matthew 28:18–20 — to go, preach, and make disciples of all nations. We aim to share God’s love through practical service, discipleship, and community support.
“Hephzibah” means ‘My Delight is in Her’ and “Beulah” means ‘Married’ or ‘My Will is in Her’ (Isaiah 62:3–4). These names symbolize God’s promise of restoration and His unending love for His people—reminding us that we are never forgotten or forsaken.
Hosanna Ministries was founded by Pastor Carmen Leticia Rodriguez Nava, a missionary and pastor originally from Mexico, now serving in Costa Rica. She was ordained through The Missionary Church International (TMCI) and is dedicated to restoring lives through faith, compassion, and biblical teaching.
Our ministry is based in Liberia, Costa Rica, where we partner with Pastor Greddy and his wife Hailin Rodriguez from Centro de Restauración Sabana Verde to serve the local community through outreach, discipleship, and care programs.
Our vision is to build a Community Center in Costa Rica that offers food, shelter, counseling, and spiritual care all in one place—a safe haven where the hurting can experience hope, healing, and restoration through Christ.
